Boy Scout Troop 763  was started in the spring of 1995 and since then we have met every Sunday night from 7:00pm - 8:30pm at the B.P.O. Elks Lodge #45 at the corner of I-295 and Nuckols Rd. in Glen Allen, VA. Our Mission is to have fun, be boy-lead, encourage advancement, provide regular opportunities for the completion of rank requirements, hold monthly outings, attend yearly summer camping opportunities, retain scouts both younger and older, maintain trained adult leaders, maintain a close connection to the Scout Oath and Law while being faithful to the BSA program.
